With Delhi opening the opportunity of 1
Acre Farms and in all likely hood, Gurgaon is the next to follow
pursuit. Now obviously, there is not much land available within Gurgaon
and its Municipal limits where these farm houses can be developed. One
would either have to look at areas on the National Highway 8 or move
towards the Sohna Area if one were to consider acquiring a 1 Acre Farm
in Gurgaon.
There are numerous opportunities to own 1
Acre Farms in Gurgaon both on the National Highway 8 & Sohna Belt.
While both the areas have their advantages and disadvantages, however
Sohna definitely seems to be an upcoming promising destination for such 1
acre farms in Sohna.
The most interesting and important reason
for this is the finalization of the New Master Plan of Sohna. With the
new master plan being implemented and with a whole lot of good quality
developers likely to announce new residential projects in Sohna area,
there is going to be a movement in the Farm Market as well. Some of the
developers lands have fallen into the Green Belt of Sohna, which can
only be offered to public at large as Farm Houses or Urban Farms in
Sohna.
While the policy on Sohna 1 Acre Farms is
still not implemented, however, just like always, the developer lobby
is definitely likely to push the government to approve the 1 Acre Farm
Policy for Sohna as well. Once this happens, there are going to be some
key announcements of Luxury 1 Acre Farms in Sohna.
In the mean time, one could strategically
invest in 1 Acre Patches in Sohna to enjoy the appreciation over the
next few months and either en-cash on the investment when the policy is
announced, or create one’s own heaven in this promising area, which is
likely to see a whole lot of residential development as well.
