Sohna.

still not implemented, however, just like always, the developer lobby
is definitely likely to push the government to approve the 1 Acre Farm
Policy for Sohna as well. Once this happens, there are going to be some
key announcements of Luxury 1 Acre Farms in Sohna.
In the mean time, one could strategically
invest in 1 Acre Patches in Sohna to enjoy the appreciation over the
next few months and either en-cash on the investment when the policy is
announced, or create one’s own heaven in this promising area, which is
likely to see a whole lot of residential development as well.
